Bug when tping

Good morning/afternoon/night,
I have been playing for a while in this server and I like it, however, this is not the first time I get this bug when trying to tp home. It tps me in between 2 blocks as if i was stuck on gravel, but instead of gravel that is stone. The worst part is that I claimed my property and logged out the server inside it, so nobody could enter to grief and then leave. I don´t know how to solve this problem, consequently I would appreciate any help I can get. Also, I did my house in the yellow world, that´s why I entered before tping. And I ahve tried with previous 1.16 versions to see if it works but it doesn´t. I would like to put the evidence but it says it is too long and I can´t post any links.

Update: I died trying to tp
I reiterate that I have the evdience but I cannot use it as links are not aloowed and the video is "too large for the server to process".
Love the server but hate the bugs, When trying to find the cords where my house should be, there was just a mountain instead. And I am sure I built in the yellow world. I REALLY hope there is an explanation and solution for all this.
