Buff Winter set​

Detailed description:

I mean it is not that good currently +10% and -10% dmg and 1% chance to deal double dmg for 1 sec

I simply suggest make the buffs -> +10% and - 10% dmg and 5% chance to deal double dmg for 5 sec
Or change the 5% chance to 10%​

Reason(s):

Players don't use this set because its not that good having 1% chance to deal double dmg for 1 sec kinda feels off​
