Bring /f shop to Pika Network​

Detailed description:

Jartex Network (craftigames other hub server) has some features in their factions realm that should be implemented here on pika. The one I want to bring to discussion today is the faction shop feature.

As we know jartex is regular factions. Pot pvp, with low value eco, and set grinding. However, the faction shop (/f shop) on Jartex allows factions to instantly fill their faction's tnt bank for a cheap price at the click of a button. Now this is an amazing feature but is quite OP wouldn't you say? Considering Pika Network hosts gapple pvp OP factions, this should definitely be apart of this game mode as well!

Devs should consider always adding new features to Pika Networks OP Factions gamemode, and I believe this would be another great start.

I agree on this completely, did you also know crabs can amputate their own limbs to avoid getting caught by a predator?

+1 Since you can get tnt easily from creeper spawners (they drop loads now), you could add this also. Would be at least a little easier for the comp players.
Additional info: laupvp will ocean 10 buffers a day instead of 1 but it's ok
