bring back /levels to OPFactions​

Detailed description:
I wanted to suggest that u guys would bring /levels back along with the premium level pass and stuff , players really used to enjoy that and do these levels for the rewards as the loot u were getting from it was quite good .​

Reason(s):
/quests at the moment sucks in op faction and none does it​
