bonus claim blocks

Somehow whenever I buy claim blocks in the auction house and claim them, the claim blocks are stuck at spawn.

and when I try to redeem my claim blocks in my world (blue world). Nothing happens.

any help?

Claim blocks are disabled in worlds I think, or it could be that the claims you bought were duped
