Block tagged people from entering spawn​

Detailed description:

Add a red wall that stops people from entering spawn after they hit someone or they get tagged​

Reason(s):

It can be annoying to start a fight and the person just goes back where he came from and the ppl that stay at the line just to hit and hide must be stopped too​

Example(s):

Like kit pvp's red wall​

Makes sense, It would be frustrating as the player is basically camping.
