Block lag .. Need Help

Hey
How to Fix this thing that when i break a block in the floor and then when i place another block on same place then it Stop like lag for 1 sec ... How to fix ??

Its happening sometimes, Altho server has server lag so stay patient i believe staff fixing it ASAP.

I want to say that that's just the way it is... But it would surely be the best server if they could fix things like that.
