Block glitch...

So I was just on my way doing what I do and I took away a LOT of blocks and went I saved and quit and came back a hour later come blocks were still their that I already took away, it was like their were random floating blocks. It was really weird.

May be a low internet connections not registering you breaking the blocks or your connection to the server could cause the blocks to re appear. I would suggest using Ethernet if available. It could also be caused by a low running PC. As for that you can use optifine to help out a little as well as reduce your graphical settings in game.

This happens when you play on 1.12 or 1.13. You just see random blocks flying around but they don't really exist. Try to use 1.8 or Skyblock.
