Being kept up to date with bugs etc

Having any mod just update about global wide bugs would be nice, if a word is highlighted eg mine bug, it alerts the user that this is a widely reported issue, and blank is the response that lets me know whats going on with it

Because I made a ticket assuming that this bug was just me, but then I'm informed that there are loads with the same issue by online players and that devs are working on it, but nothing on my ticket informs me of that, cos of the bot responses. Not being kept up to date and being told by other players it could be months before i can mine in a prison server... it would be nice to be informed of this as soon as any of the moderators see the bug instead of being left in the unknown when mods already know
