Beginner Protection​

Detailed description:

New players don't have high ranks or any gkits so they often get farmed by highly geared players and struggle to progress.​

To deal with this, I suggest adding a Safe Mode for players until they reach Level 15 so they can get some decent gear and have a chance to progress.​

Note:- Safe Mode will always disabled in drop areas like outpost​

Reason(s):

This would give new players enough time to get some decent gear and learn the game without constantly getting farmed.​
