Adding a /duel <player> to bedwars / skywars so we can duel anyone , and also an option where you can adjust the settings.​

Reason(s):

* Everyone cannot afford Titan Rank in which you can make a Private Game And play .

* This Will be useful for non-ranked players to duel their friends of anyone .

* It will be fun .​

There's a reason private games are locked behind the paywall of purchasing Titan Rank. Not a good idea to just completely remove a perk from a rank.
