Bedrock players
Detailed description:
I was told that the server has the Geyser plugin installed, which I think is a great feature — it allows players with weaker hardware to play on Pika through Bedrock. But I found out that Bedrock isn't working; it just says "Disconnected from server," and the Bedrock player count has been stuck at "2410" and hasn't moved. I heard that Bedrock support has been discontinued. So why has Geyser been enabled several times? And why is the Geyser plugin still on the server if Bedrock players can't join? Or will it be enabled again?
Reason(s):
The Geyser plugin seems like a great way to connect 2 editions to one server (yes, Bedrock players have disadvantages on the Java server, but it's bearable. Even Java players don't know that). Java players don't even know that you can connect to the server via Geyser (Bedrock edition), but that's their fault for not understanding how plugins work. I think adding a plugin has a lot of advantages.
Example(s):
Java and Bedrock players can play on the same server
Players who don't have a computer can play the Java server on their mobile phone
Players with weaker hardware can play on Pika through Bedrock. (Java Edition relies on a single CPU thread, while Bedrock is optimized to run across multiple threads.) If the processor doesn't have strong single-thread performance, Java can lag — and in some cases, even become unplayable.
