Base claimed by someone else

The base was claimed by my friend and on a normal day he logged in and there is a claimblock glitch which is there so all his claims were unclaimed his claimblocks were 0 and his base was claimed by a guycalled ARDECGE and this guy didnt want to give base. so i request pika staff to either give the claim back or compensate for that same. Thanks alot.
