Banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason.I broke bed using shears and then i got banned.I was lagging too.Its 1 hour ban not enough for me but if you banned people for no reason its not good.I am using also some mods on 1.8.9.

Most of these bans are because the way you lagged may have made the console think you are hacker. I would wait it out if i were you
