Banned for fake lag

Guys i am getting banned for 1 hour constantly by console and after rejoin 2 matches and boom i m banned so to check out the reason i install mode of flag detector and the only reason i was getting is fake lag it sometimes happens in lobby but a lot when i got hit by players and my screen shakes my ping is aroung 250 to 300 ms can u guys please shot out he problem i will be thankful??
And mods pls tell the exact reason i m banned so i can fix it

You may need proof that you weren't cheating or using any sort of hacks by making a punishment appeal HERE.

Also, make sure to read the Appeal Rules and the Main Rules and understand what is allowed and what is not.
