I dont know but every time i block hit in pika network they ban me for no reason this is unfair cuz many people block hit and even me i block hit on my alt but i dont even get kicked on that acc but on this straight up bans firstly of hours then DAYS plz solve this issue i request to you pika staff

I got ban for my bad network connection and kick me many times for no reason. I was changing my Wi-Fi connection to mobile hotspot after that I got ban for 30 days.
