ban for no reason in kit pvp

when the staff gonna do something about all the ban for no reason when u are legit , but people with some cheat have nothing someone have to explain me what's wrong with this serv

Mostly high CPS or high ping results in a "false ban by console". So when you get
false ban - appeal here: Punishment Appeals
When you find a cheater record him and report it here: Player Reports

i have nothing of them thing u just mention .... that the first time that happens , and i can play in all other mini games without being banned , only when i play kit pvp strange
