Ban for lagback

I was playing minecraft and the all of a sudden i got banned for 1 day. Why? The admins mustve thoughti was ping spoofing. But it was my first game of the day. I always get lagbacks on first games and gets better by games. I play on a low end pc (Intelcore celeron 4gb ram) pls unban me
