Subject: Ban Appeal - [ClownShift]
Dear PikaNetwork Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the ban placed on my account ([ClownShift]) in the OpLifeSteal game mode.
I was recently banned by the staff member "DrRed" while I was playing and engaged in combat. I was in the middle of combat and tried to enter a safe zone to protect myself, and suddenly I was banned without any prior warning or explanation. I believe this was a misunderstanding caused by a potential server bug, as I was unaware of any rule violation when the ban occurred.
As far as I understand, there might be a bug that allows players to enter safe zones while in combat, and it seems that this was the reason for the ban. I want to clarify that I did not intend to exploit this issue or break any rules, and I would never intentionally disrupt the gameplay experience for others. Given that I did not receive a warning or any indication that I was violating the rules, I believe this situation may have been caused by an issue with the game mechanics rather than intentional rule-breaking on my part.
I kindly ask for your understanding and reconsideration of this ban. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue, as I genuinely enjoy playing on PikaNetwork and would love to return to the community. If needed, I am more than willing to cooperate and make sure I follow all the server rules in the future to avoid similar situations.
