Ban and I don't know how and why ?

This morning when i try to connect my to the server faction no op and a message open in the chat .Your ban from this server .I didn't know why. I try another games on the server and it's the same thing . Your ban from this server. I know my brother played on is pc with my minecraft account . I know i play on the kit pvp . I didn't know how i ban my account.

Did you can unban me if i my brother can't play on my account .
Did there a thing i can do or you can do to help me because I didn't do anything.
