Balance the CEs​

Detailed description:

Make the custom enchants like Stormhailer, Militia, Disarmor not work when players spam click. They could make it only work when the attack bar is atleast over 60%, or add a 1 second delay to them. This would prevent players from dropping your swords or removing your armor.​

Reason(s):

When fighting, players spam clicking take advantage of these CEs to drop your sword on the ground or remove your armor. With more chance of them working the more hits they do, Spam Clicking becomes an effective way to beat players in PvP.
This removes the reliability of newer PvP. so removing it would make PvP more enjoyable without any unfairness.​

Example(s):

When i was fighting today, a player started spam clicking, he dropped my sword within 20 seconds and he was Disarmoring me making me lose the fight.​
