Automatically blank swear/ discrimination swords

Recently, there are a lots of player complaining about how harsh the spam/ flood/ swear rule is.
For example there post below:

There are some player said a single word "fuck" "shit" "nigger" then got mute.
In my stance i don't that is harsh, But there is another way to lower this issue.
For example when a player type "Fuck you" in chat, when they hit enter, those two words comes out, then the system will automatically change it to "//// you" or "**** you" in chat.
Another kind of player, is who flood or spam.
For example they say" Haloooooooooooooooo", then the system will automatically shorter the word to "hallo"
For example they say "hallo, hallo, hallo, hallo, hallo, hallo" then the system will automatically shorter it to "hallo [x6]"
And then add a message "please don't spam/ flood/ swear"

First, this can avoid player got punishment by saying a single word.
Second, there will be less player complain about the chat rules.
Third, this can lower player's report, at the same time = lower the work time for staff members

This can let more player fell well about the server rules, player won't that easy to got mute or warn from that. Player will have more comfort zone for them to say words.
