AUTOBAN PROBLEM

I have seen the hacker, he is placing blocks super fast and he is placing blocks with sword, then he destroyed our bed without touching the bed defence (we played bedwars...). Why is autoban not working? Even if i report someone nothing happens,please fix it! I just want to play like a normal human who likes to play minecraft.
