Atlas replay system with /report​

Detailed description:

It is widely known that pika has denied suggestions with the /report command, but there are many kinds of cheating(scams, spammers, anti-cheat exploiters, and bots), and with a good system we can stop that.​

Any players with at least 200 games played and 0 times banned for solid evidence(NO CONSOLE) can see this system and vote whether the evidence is solid or insufficient. If 70% or more votes solid and more than 15 people voted, staff will be notified.​

If a player voted insufficient evidence on a case later determined to be bannable, the Wrong rate adds 1. If the player voted solid evidence on a case later determined to be not bannable, the Wrong rate adds 1. If the right:wrong rate of a player goes above 1:4, a 1-day ban from the atlas. If he continues after 5 atlas votes, it is 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, then it will continuously be 30 days. Note that in cases that is voted out based on insufficient evidence will not impact reputation. This is to stop problems due to getting voted out in bannable cases. Also, the staff will get a choice to write "maybe a hacker" when not banning a person, and that will not impact reputation too. This is to promote honest voting(eg. not voting insufficient because "staff thinks insufficient"). This is an improvement from hypixel atlas.​

Reason(s):

1: There are many kinds of cheating(scams, spammers, anti-cheat exploiters, and bots), and with a good system we can stop that.​

2: Atlas videos in pika network.​

3: PLEASE DON'T BOMBARD ME FOR HYPIXEL COPYING. I understand that you don't suggest hypixel minigames, but at least learn and implement the atlas system for pika. It is not like other things where you just plain copy. it is a system.​

4: Many people don't use replay mod and/or don't like going to forums to report, and just let rule-breakers slip through.​

Appreciated the effort you have put into the suggestion, but sadly it has already been suggested for many, many, many times already. It wont be added. If you would really love to get a reason about it, feel free to just search for the related topics using the search function locate on the top left of your screen.
