Arrow of Illness.
Detailed description:
Arrow of Illness - a new rotational item suggestion. (or a permanent one if the idea seems good enough)
Arrow of illness , in short terms , would basicly be an arrow that when the players would get hit with it , they would get nausea for certain amount of time lets say 5 seconds or something like that.
Cost : 1 Emerald per 1 Arrow (emeralds to make the item more end-game final kinda thing)

One of the main reasons that the arrow of illness should be added is that there way a huge lack of rotational items lately that caused the game to feel even more repetetive.
Also a fresh addition to a bow seems sweet as some servers got like high enchant bows n stuff , pika would become unique since it would have a custom arrow.

Simplest example , when in a fight or rush to another base, u hit someone with that arrow and they get the nausea effect , making it more easy to defeat em. Be sure to be fast tho as the cooldown isnt so huge.
