Another Glitch?

I'm sorry about posting so much I'm just finding all of this out. I was attempting to complete more of my challenges and I chose to do the alchemist one. Even though I have all the required items it still says I cannot complete it. this is what shows up in my chat.
I am not the only one experiencing this problem. TheSplash333 is having the exact same issue.
as you can see in this picture I have all the required potions in my hop bar. This is not a serious problem I would just like to know why it is not working. Thank you for your time reading this.

Please do not use splash pots to complete this challenge since it requires the normal ones to be completed.
