Detailed description:

simple suggestion allow the private game host to use a command(for example /shout <message>, or the !<message>) while being in spectator so it sends a public message that can be read by every team in that private game​

Reason(s):

creative idea.
not resource intensive.​

Example(s):

if FaroukUN hosts a 2v2 for his friends while he spectates, he can use the /shout command or !<message>
to say for example «!emeralds are allowed now.» and both teams will be able to read that message​
