Allow /mcscoreboard​

Detailed description:

/mcscoreboard and all its variations
/mcscoreboard keep
/mcscoreboard timer (time)
replaces the pika scoreboard for a short duration to show the
cooldowns and level of current mcmmo skill in question

Command series to use this would be
/swords or /axes or /(mcmmo skillname)
followed quickly by /mcscoreboard keep/timer
to show the remaining cooldown of special abilities of said mcmmo skills​

Reason(s):

currently players dont have access to this and it makes it hard for us to see our Skull Splitter and Serrated Strikes cooldowns after using them and often leads to miss clicks and premature usage of said special abilities​
