Allow every one to use /stats (username)​

Detailed description:

It should be allow for everyone to check stats (in bedwars not in practice)

And it shows current level + winstreak + rank + anything u need or not

And also it is random for nicked player I e. If like someone nicked abhay0826R and then if he try to do /stats abhay0826R then it shows random number or the number selected by user​
