Denied OP Factions Allow 2x FlyBoost while selling

Suggestion:

Allow 2x FlyBoost while selling​

Detailed description:

Basically a rule change for OPFactions, Fly boost only 2x vertical, horizontal would be allowed for selling chests.​

Reason(s):

It's very hard selling and hold outpost for such a long time, since selling everything, if you got big amount of chests takes about 30 minutes without people attacking outpost , and that's just a lot of time for selling chests.

And if people got a booster from /advent it expired after 25 minutes, and mostly people wouldn't even be able to finish selling, since it would just expire, because people would attack the outpost that means they would have to defend it.
Also they wouldn't sell without outpost, because they want the maximum boost for the 25 minutes of course.

If there were chunk collectors that would collect everything, and you could just sell with 1 click it would be fine, (that would be nice if that was added), but you need to actually fly for such a long time period, hold outpost, it's not easy.

So I suggest allowing people to sell the chests atleast with flyboost 2x since it would make the time atleast 2x less.​

+1 outpost is just gay people use kb 2 to knock you off and your reseted once you get back on
