Denied Global Addition of /report command

Addition of /report command​

Detailed description:

I think that /report <Player Name> should be added in global because reporting hackers should be able to keep and maintain fair play in the server. Pika Network anti cheat is already really one of the best but /report in game should be good to remove the few anti cheat bypassers.​

Reason(s):

I know that we can report players on official website but adding this command in game will likely result in banning the hacker much more quickly and efficiently as they can be prevented from other players matches.​

Syntax like: /report <Player Name> <Reason>​
