Addition of "Perks" & "Victory Shards" | Skywars

Hello,
I've come up with an idea of having a "Perk" system at Skywars. No, it's not related to the ability system. It's completely different & unique and will make the Skywars RNG much more complicated & fun to grind.
Perks:
What are perks?
Perks are basically "light" abilities. They're not as strong as the regular abilities but will affect the game significantly.
How many perks is a player allowed to use/equip at once?
Unlike the normal abilities where you're only allowed to equip 2 of them per game, perks let you use all of them along with both of your abilities. Simply, you can use both of your abilities & all of your unlocked perks in one game.
How many levels can a perk reach? How do you even buy/upgrade a perk?
Perks can't be upgraded. Once you buy them, you've them. There're no levels for perks unlike abilities which can be upgraded 8 times.
It requires Victory Shards to buy/unlock perks. Yes, you can't buy them with coins unlike the abilities.
Victory Shards:
What are Victory shards & what're they used for?
It's a brand-new currency which is limited to buy perks & perks only. Each perk requires an amount of Victory shards to unlock it.
How to obtain Victory shards?
As the name suggests, Victory shards are obtained upon winning a game of Skywars. After each win, you gain one victory shard. You're not allowed to use donator kit to win that game. Simply put, if you use donator kits & end up winning, you won't be awarded a victory shard.
This is to make the game less P2W & equal for ranked/non ranked players as well as make ranked players explore other free kits instead of Titan.
Perk Ideas:
So, I've 11 perk ideas to add to the game. All of them are perfectly balanced (according to me) & none of them is game killing.
Balanced Diet: Makes the player never lose hunger. Cost: 175 Victory Shards.
If you end up unlocking this perk, you'll never get hungry. Your hunger bar will always remain full.
Hunger don't have much role in Skywars, there was even a suggestion in past asking to completely remove the hunger from the game-mode with a LOT of upvotes which never got considered.
Flash: You start a game with 8 seconds of speed 2 effect. Cost: 200 Victory Shards.
Self explanatory, it gives a player speed 2 effect for 8 seconds at start of each game making them able to loot the starter chests quick & head towards the middle islands.
Magic Archer: 3% chance to get a fire ball upon hitting someone with an arrow. Cost: 140 Victory Shards.
The fireball is completely similar to the fireball of bedwars. It's not a big deal as there's only a 3% chance which makes it 1/33 arrow hits in order to gain 1 fireball. The fireball can be used to do a fireball jump or throw at a player. It'd be very fun to see this perk in action!
Executioner: Turns your opponents into grave chest once you kill them. Cost: 250 Victory Shards.
Alright so this perk is a little controversial, some players make love this idea while others may hate it. The idea is pretty simple tho, once you kill someone, they turn into a grave like chest which you can loot instead of all of their loot falling at the ground like usual. I don't really love when I kill someone and their whole inventory gets dumped into mine, I don't even want most of their items. If one has this perk unlocked, they can simply kill someone & loot the important items out of their chest. If they're getting rushed, then they can simply destroy the chest after killing someone to get all its items.
Perks can be turned off or on as per wish so if you don't like this one, don't buy it for yourself or just turn it off. I personally love the idea of only looting the items that I want to use.
Regenerator: You instantly regenerate 2 hearts (4 HP) each time you kill someone. Cost: 190 Victory Shards.
This perk is really awesome to save yourself from cleaners. It happens often when you finish fight against a player & someone cleans you because you've barely any HP left. With this perk unlocked, you don't have to worry anymore.
You get 2 hearts instantly & then we've the Paladin ability to follow up. Perfectly balanced perk I'd say & can be very helpful with a paladin set.
Master Enchanting: You start with 5 xp levels each game. Cost: 120 Victory Shards.
This perk is very simple yet awesome. You've 5 levels at start, you can rush mid, loot & forge a sword with sharpness 2 + fire aspect 1 to sweep those people flexing their titan axe. Show them who's the boss here & how much their P2W game is lacking!
Other than that, I don't think if this perk is "that" strong as you've to find a lot of stuff to forge together as well as an anvil. Yet a great addition to the game.
Leight Weight: You take 10% less fall damage. Cost: 195 Victory Shards.
Each time you fall, you'll take 10% less fall damage than what you take usually without this perk.
Battle Machine: 12% chance to get strength 1 effect upon eating a golden apple. Cost: 275 Victory Shards.
One of the most amazing perk ideas I come across. Upon eating a golden apple, you may receive a 5 second long strength effect. This perk is really expensive for obvious reasons. You can literally eat an apple & do offence + defense at the same time!
Lester: 5% chance to not consume ender pearl/golden apple upon using them. Cost: 175 Victory Shards.
So there's a 5% chance to not lose your golden apple when you eat it or ender pearl when you throw it. 5% chance is very rare and basically gives you 1 extra apple per 20. It can be very useful in many cases or if you get lucky.
Assassin: 8% chance to receive a player tracker upon a kill. Cost: 225 Victory Shards.
There's an 8% chance to get a player tracker when you kill someone. This can be pretty useful to get a high kill game. The cost sounds pretty balanced itself. I'd say, another amazing perk!
Cobra: 5% chance to give your opponent 3 second poison effect upon hit. Cost: 170 Victory Shards.
According to Math, you'll be giving someone a 3 second poison effect if you hit them 20 times. That doesn't sound too broken or cracked of a perk. 3 second poison doesn't deal too much damage to someone yet it's a fun perk & can significantly help you in a battle if you're lucky enough.
Fire Fighter: You take 15% less damage to fire. Cost: 210 Victory Shards.
It's so annoying dying to fire. The flame bow or fire aspect 2 sword of rumble mode are very annoying. Guess, with this perk your life might get saved!
Last Man Standing (2v2s Only): You gain permanent haste 1 effect as soon as your teammate dies. Cost: 185 Victory Shards.
Well the haste effect has pretty much no use to it but it slightly effects the pvp. So, if your team-mate often dies, you now know which perk to invest on! 185 shards sounds very reasonable as haste is not "THAT" powerful effect.
Victory Shard Cosmetics:
So, there can also be a few cosmetics which can only be obtained with victory shards. I've only 1 idea at this moment but I'll try to look for more. Victory shards are only intended to be used on abilities but cosmetics doesn't hurt us. These cosmetics should be VERY different from the regular ones like the example listed below.
Statistic Kill Message Overlay: Shows your stats with whatever kill message you use. Cost: 350 Victory Shards.
This is pretty much like the statistic kill messages. Simply, you're combining statistic kill message with any regular kill message via this overlay. For example, if you buy this overlay with 350 shards & use hacker kill messages with the statistic over lay enabled then: "User got kill aura'd by you. #12345". Basically, it combined the hacker kill messages with statistic & now you can flex your stats in a fancier way! I can't wait to use this overlay with all the different kill messages I've!
IMPORTANT:
Lastly I'd like to say, some people may not love having perks in-game or just want to keep the game simple. But it makes the game-mode too repetitive and boring once you max both of your abilities. There's nothing to do at all. These perks are very unique & will make the game better than ever. I'd love to grind victory shards & a lot of other people will too. Perks are completely F2P & donators don't have any direct advantages. Donators don't get victory shards if they use their kits to win. Nor do they get a 3x booster. Perks are gonna make the Skywars RNG much vast & breath taking.
Regarding the balancing & prices of the perk, I've tried my best to make them fair. Special thanks to Jax~#7400 for helping me with the balancing. If you feel like a perk should be a little nerfed/buffed/expensive/cheaper than what I've mentioned, feel free to list it in the comments. Also, if you've your unique perk ideas, I'd love to go over them! Consider upvoting the suggestion & thanks for reading it out!

Skywars is currently very limited & boring. There's nothing to grind either other than wins. Perks would make it much more fun. Skywars should be more RNG based rather than just raw pvp. Hypixel skywars is a good example of it, the angel of death keeps the players occupied.
Grinding skywars would be much more fun if these perks are added to the game.
Another reason to add this is to encourage F2P skywar games where people aren't just abusing titan kit & are trying to explore other free kits inorder to gather shards.
