Addition of /mute

Adding of mute option in chat ( for mods only ) will make it easier for the players to talk to each other there are players who keep on begging/advertising in chat to gain attraction keeping a /mute just like /kick and /ban would make the chat more clean and easier to manage when a person is muted he should still be able to private message but not in chat or there to be a cooldown to message

if you were punished for a reason it was ment to be punished if you have broken so no need of adding a thing called ' Mute Chat ' it's like letting users give more freedom and making them feel as '' Ahh! No problem if i break rules i will use mute chat when i'm muted '
