Addition of build battles in practice​

Detailed description:

I am proposing the addition of Build Battle as a permanent minigame on PikaNetwork. Build Battle is a fast-paced, highly popular creative minigame where players are given a specific theme and a limited amount of time (usually 5–7 minutes) to build something matching that theme. Once the time is up, players vote on each other's builds to determine a winner.
Adding this would diversify PikaNetwork’s current arcade/minigame lineup, which is heavily focused on PvP (BedWars, SkyWars, Practice).
Game Modes: * Solo: 12-16 players competing individually.
Teams: 2 players per team working together on a larger plot.
The Voting System: To keep it family-friendly and aligned with Pika's theme, the voting options could range from Super Poop up to Legendary (or custom Pika-themed tier names).
Anti-Grief/Report System: A simple "Report Build" button in the hotbar during the voting phase to allow players to instantly flag inappropriate builds for staff review​

That sounds like a cool idea but practice is pvp so maybe we could incorperate stuff like pvp on the builds that you make after a certain time
