Adding a filter message for spam.​

Detailed description:

I am kindly asking to add a filter for sending repeated texts. This is very helpful to not flood the chat with the same message and making the chat a mess. And unknowing players who say the same word 3 times by accident can be muted by staff. By adding this filter this can reduce the reports for spam and false mutes. I am making this suggestion to improve the server and because I also got muted for 1 month for saying "I am jk" 3 times as a needed to say that at that point. If there was a filter for this I would be warned and possibly would have never gotten muted.​
