Adding gold in the trade menu​

Detailed description:

Recently, the currency gold joined the auctionhouse in some gamemodes, before it got removed in some again (e.g. OpSkyBlock - the stuff that was sold for gold was just gone, ty).
However there is no way to trade Gold in the /trade menu, this is already new - but there's something missing!
Money is currently gold_nugget, gold_ingot, etc. so change that to emerald or iron to make space for the real gold.
This suggestion is especially for SkyMines, because the gold got removed in /ah in the other gamemodes.​

Reason(s):

As there is gold in /ah, it should be in /trade too, to make trading easier​

1 gold - gold_nugget
10 gold - gold_ingot
100 gold - gold_ore
1000 gold - gold_block

same for %, just changed with the money symbols​
