Adding ce's for armor in op factions​

Detailed description:

Adding custom enchants to armor on factions such as enchant like negative debuff enchants that have like wither, slowness, blinding, poison but than also add positive ones like strength 1-2, gears (swiftness) 1-4, healthboost 1-3, and jump. Nobody likes to buy pots repeatedly over and over. It would be so much better if we can make gkits.​

Reason(s):

I have seen a lot of comments about the gkits on opfactions and people saying its pay to win if you give people a chance to grind xp for them not only will that bring more hours to the server it will bring a lot more competition to the pvp. Nobody likes when people can just get on get a gkit and just run pvp. People like the grind. But also dont add so many ce's where its like other servers where it gets to confusing for people just add regular negative/positive debuffs. At the end of the day its op factions not factions people like those kind of things on sets. Just make it so we can grind for it and buy them. It would be really fun to get kits like godly sets and grind ce's and make the gkits yourself.​
