Adding /anvil and /grindstone​

Detailed description:

These two commands should be implemented, Why you may ask? These two commands are very useful for making armours and swords. In survival some people rely on swords and armour to make money, But anvils are very inefficient as they break. Grindstones are annoying to craft, + It'd be nice to have this command available whenever we are in need of these to workbenchs.​

Reason(s):

Reasons are generally stated above, Another reason could be just another command to add to a rank I guess.​
