Add /tradetoggle​

Detailed description:

So hey!
As staff member and as a player, it is hard for me and I am sure that for others to notice chat when there is a lot going on but commands like /msgtoggle, /tptoggle and /paytoggle help us to concentrate and to avoid spam.​

Reason(s):

As mentioned above,
Decrease spam.​

Example(s):

/tradetoggle | Msg Example - [PlayerName] is not accepting trade requests.​

Staff members or other famous players out there often get annoyed by the trade requests. They are annoying and as a player (i play OpFactions) I get annoyed easily and yea.

Agreed with /tptoggle and /paytoggle. You as a staff member should never disable your messages. Any of the players should get help if asked.
