Suggestion:

Add Tinkerer and Dust​

Detailed description:

You should add /tinkerer so we can tinker the books we don't need into dust, that will be used to boost % of success on the book. I think that idea will be quite good because if you get bad % you can't do anything to fix it. You can also make dust that reduces the destroy rate of the book, and make it give random dust from tinker. (This is for OPFactions)​

Reason(s):

In my opinion it will be more useful because you can use blackscroll's to get like l25 out of sword but you get bad % and can't do anything with it, or when you get books from enchanter and you get like 5% success rate and 67% destroy rate. With dust from /tinkerer you would be able to fix the success and destroy rate of the books and you will be more likely to get what you want from enchants. I think is a very good idea to add that and i think most of the people will like the idea.​

I agree but make it not every book but some good books with like 97%+ succ rate
