Detailed description:

In the /fmsg command on Pika Network, players must type the full username of their friend to send a message. This can be inconvenient, especially when the friend's username is long or contains numbers.​

Reason(s):

Adding TAB auto-completion would make messaging friends faster and reduce typing mistakes. Many commands in Minecraft already support TAB completion, so adding it to /fmsg would improve usability and make the system more user-friendly.​

Example(s):

/fmsg player12345 hello

Suggested improvement:
Player types:
/fmsg pla
Then presses TAB, which automatically completes the name:
/fmsg player12345​

This feature already works in the latest versions, such as 1.20.4. However, your point is valid regarding adding this feature to 1.8.9. As far as I know, older Minecraft versions do not support it

It is really annoying typing player naming whole players name it is also be added in practice PvP there is also very long waiting time to show it.
I think it doesn't exist in 1.21.4 too as I played in PikaNetwork in this version.

You can also type '/f list' and click on the person that you want to send a message to, and it will automatically pre-write '/fmsg player12345 ' so that you just have to write the message and send it.

1. As I said you can auto-complete in newer minecraft versions.
2. If you want to chat quickly, you can use "/frep" to reply to the player that sent you a message. This command saves your time. You only need to use "/fmsg name" to start a conversation.

It actually rather works on 1.8.9 and not 1.20+ ?? I dont know the specific reason though, but this definitely would be a great feature. +1
