suggestion : add staff ranks in store

reason : so we buy them and owners pay their rent

I disagree, rules are NOT made to broken and what do you mean by "The current system is ALREADY, OVERLY harsh"?
Is Warning > 1 day mute > days mute > 1 week mute > 3 weeks mute > permanent mute HARSH?
It's just giving A LOT of chances before perma mute and you still want to swear?

I'm talking about the WAY they are enforced, system isn't just the rules and offences, ah and also, rules are made to show what's not allowed. If people didn't break the rules why would they exist?.

Also we are talking about just the first 2 offences afaik.

Warning -> mute

instead,

Warn if 1st time OR first time in 6 months

mute if 2nd time in 6 months

if you've been MUTED before you're getting muted again

If they aren't muted for that offence yes. if they repeat it once in 6 months then normal offences will apply forever
