add practice gamemode ang improve ping management​

Detailed description:

i would like you guys to add practice gamemode as in other server where there is bedfight battle rush the bridge and all but the ping has changed a lot rn it goes upto 250 and 300 i used to have like 150 and 1 ms but now 250 please help us with that and in practice pvp please get a better anticheat or watchdogs​
