Add payouts to kitpvp​

Detailed description:

Ive seen that other realms and gamemodes have bi-weekly payouts. I thought, in order to encourage people to play more, that a bi weekly payout on kitpvp would be a good idea. Perhaps the top 3 killers every two weeks get paid in iron currency. Think it would be a good incentive to keep the server more active and increase the competition.​

Reason(s):

Increase competition amongst top players. Those who are most active will most likely receive prizes and are rewarded for their efforts. Will increase player retention. Enables lower level new players to compete and gain access to better items through use of their iron currency (if they win).​
