Add missing section in forums reports​

Detailed description:

We have a report button in forums, which makes it easier to report players for forums offenses. When we click on it, there is a "Rule(s) broken" section. However, one section which is missing is "Additional information", and I think this should be included too.​

Reason(s):

This section exists for manual (discord and in-game) player reports for anything else we want to share in the report, so I think this should be a part of the forums report option too, because there can be circumstances where we may have to share something else regarding a forums report.​
