Add /invsee For Skymine

Hi Pika Staff ,
I would like to suggest that the /invsee command be added in Skymines, but only as a feature accessible to higher-ranked players (for example, ranks like Royal, Monarch, Celestial).
Currently, Skymines lacks this command, while other gamemodes such as OP Lifesteal already provide /invsee for players.
This command allows players to view another player’s inventory, which can be very helpful in cooperative gameplay, trading, clan management, or checking if teammates have required items without needing to ask repeatedly.
It does not give an unfair PvP advantage but instead serves as a quality-of-life tool that benefits those who have invested in higher ranks. By restricting it to high ranks only, it creates a clear incentive for players to grind or purchase these ranks while still maintaining balance, since not everyone will have access to the command.

- Encourages other players to grind or purchase ranks to unlock useful features.
- Balances the feature by not giving it to everyone, while still improving quality of life.
- Keeps Skymines consistent with OP Lifesteal, where players can already use /invsee.
- Makes higher ranks feel more valuable and gives players another reason to aim for them.
Example(s):
- A Royal-ranked player in Skymines can type /invsee <name> to check another player’s inventory.
- Lower-ranked players will not have access to this command, keeping it a rank-exclusive perk.
- Works exactly like in OP Lifesteal, but limited to high ranks only in Skymines.
