Lobby Add /Hub setting command

Suggestion:

Add /Hub setting command​

Detailed description:

Just Like Lobbys in bedwars and other gamemodes, Add the /settings command to /Hub.
This would be used to customize things like:
Disable Player Visability
Toggle visability of chat
Low Fps mode and etc.​

Reason(s):

This would be a quality of life change which would result into players who dont have a strong pc or are strugling with fps, Or just Dont want to view chat or etc to Use this /hub setting command to change the settings of hub to set to thier own will.​
