Add /fly(in wilderness) n /f ill

/fly would be very useful in the wild to search for bases, as it is a quick way to get around, maybe put it with a rank?Like the highest rank or smth and it would be great if we see an increase in percent of getting rank vouchers =D. /fill will be useful later on in the factions series, there will be huge bases with regen walls and tons of water walls, thus to get in we might have to use huge tnt cannons such as a 230-255 stacker. That will require lots of power, leading to a huge amount of tnt needed, which means more dispensers.a normal 230 has minimum 100+ dispensers, it will take a huge and unnecessary amount of time to fill EACH of them with tnt, so /fill would come in handy, although like /fly i would like it to be unlock with a certain rank to make it fair :).

skywalker and chewbacca rank have /fly and admins no offense.. the server can't hold 230-255 stacker cannons... it will pretty much crash the whole server.. and tnt-arrows and hi-tnt-arrows is the commonly use for raiding.

Both of these suggestions are Useless. likae @Jeston01 said it comes already with skywalker and chewbacca
and /fill is not controleble in any way since you can dupe tnt and also tnt is the most useless thing in galactix since there are tnt-arrows.
