Denied KitPvP add /fly command in kit-pvp for ultimate+ ranks

add /fly command in kit-pvp for ultimate+ ranks​

Detailed description:

Ultimate+ ranks should be able to fly in spawn and non pvp areas. As soon as they get in pvp area their fly will be removed.​

Reason(s):

To add an extra fun perk to a donator rank​

There is no need of fly comond in kit pvp map is alrdy so small and it should not be added in rank to give unfair advantage over others.

it's not an unfair advantage, as you can only fly in spawn. It's meant only to be as a fun command. And im talking about with the reset that kitpvp should get with new map and new spawn. They won't be able to fly in pvp

there could be so much glitches with this being implemented but i guess since it's specificly in spawn +1
