Add Early Server Restart Warnings​

Detailed description:

Server restart warnings should be improved to give players enough time to prepare. A 60-second warning is not useful for long activities because players may already be committed to something they cannot stop, such as dungeons. Longer countdowns would prevent unexpected progress loss and make server maintenance feel fair instead of punishing.

Server restart notifications should be given:

• 1 hour before restart
• 30 minutes before restart
• 10 minutes before restart

Reason(s):

Players understand losing when it happens because of their own mistakes, like dying or failing a dungeon, because that is something they can improve on.
But losing a run because of a server restart feels unfair since players have no control over it.

Today we reached the last boss in Nether Dungeon with only 30k HP left, but the server restarted and we lost nearly 1 hour of progress. The excitement of being close to a reward suddenly turns into frustration.
Players should feel that their losses happen because of their own decisions, not because of an unexpected restart.

Keep the restart system, but replace the short warning with proper countdowns:

• "Server restart in 1 hour"
• "Server restart in 30 minutes"
• "Server restart in 10 minutes"

This gives players a fair chance to decide whether to start, continue, or avoid long activities while still allowing server maintenance.​
